Key points for construction and installation of manual balance valve
1. The manual balance valve can be installed on the return water pipeline or the water supply pipeline. If the system pressure can meet the requirements, it is recommended to install the balance valve on the return water pipeline with low water temperature.
2. The manual balance valve can be installed horizontally or vertically.
3. The opening indication number on the handle shall face the direction that can be seen by the commissioning personnel to facilitate operation. There shall be no barrier in front of the measuring joint on the valve body, so as to avoid connecting the commissioning instrument during commissioning. When installed in the suspended ceiling, the handle shall face downward.
4. The installation position shall be provided with straight pipe section according to the equipment requirements, generally 6 times the pipe diameter.
5. Opening of balance valve shall not be changed randomly. In order to maintain the balance state of the system after commissioning of the balance valve installed in the pipe network system, the opening of the balance valve shall not be changed at will during the normal operation of the system, especially the opening locking device shall not be changed.
