Manual (multi) air volume balancing valve, also known as constant air volume valve, constant air volume regulator, or constant air volume regulator. It is a device that can automatically adjust the air volume and maintain a constant air volume. The constant air volume function of the MR constant air volume regulator is achieved by sensing the airflow through the air duct through the silicone airbag in the balancer, and automatically contracting and expanding according to different static pressures to achieve constant air volume.
Working principle of manual (multi) air volume balancing valve
The manual (multi) air volume balancing valve achieves the constant flow function of the air volume balancing valve through the contraction and expansion of the silicone airbag located in the middle of the balancer. Within the wind pressure range of 50-200pa (low-pressure constant air volume device) or 150-600pa (high-pressure constant air volume device), higher static pressure will increase the air flow rate passing through the MR.
The manual (multi) air volume balancing valve is suitable for ventilation and air conditioning systems that require a fixed air volume. The fixed air volume valve does not require external power for air volume control. It relies on the airflow force inside the duct to locate and control the position of the valve, thereby maintaining the airflow at a pre-set flow rate throughout the entire pressure difference range.
Automatic mechanical mechanism, without external power, can be equipped with an additional electric actuator to change the flow setting through remote control signals. The constant air volume valve can be applied in both supply and exhaust systems, with a working temperature of 10-50 ℃ and a pressure difference range of 50-1000Pa. That is, at least 50Pa pressure difference should be applied before and after the valve, otherwise the constant air volume valve cannot work. This should be noted because the air pressure value of the fresh air unit in the fresh air system is generally not high. The installation of a constant air volume valve is not limited by its position, but the valve disc shaft should be kept horizontal. Generally, a straight inlet duct 1.5 times the distance from the long side of the valve and a straight outlet duct 0.5 times the distance are required.
