The difference between aluminum alloy butterfly valves and stainless steel butterfly valves

Stainless steel and aluminum refer to the material of valves. Stainless steel butterfly valves, due to their superior strength and anti-corrosion performance compared to aluminum alloy butterfly valves, can generally be used in conventional and acidic environments. Aluminum alloy butterfly valves have poor corrosion resistance and good temperature conductivity, so the material aluminum is generally used on anti condensation butterfly valves. Stainless steel butterfly valve (also known as stainless steel flap valve) adopts a three eccentric multi-level metal hard sealing structure, and is widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction with medium temperature ≤ 425 ℃, for regulating flow and carrying fluid. The valve adopts a three eccentric structure, and the valve seat and disc sealing surface are made of different hardness and stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and long service life.
Classification of stainless steel butterfly valves by structural form
(1) Center sealed butterfly valve
(2) Single eccentric sealed coal valve
(3) Double eccentric sealed butterfly valve
(4) Triple eccentric sealing stamp valve
Stainless steel butterfly valves are classified according to the material of the sealing surface
(1) Soft sealing butterfly valve.
1) The sealing pair is composed of non-metallic soft materials and non-metallic soft materials. 2) The sealing pair is composed of metal hard materials and non-metallic soft materials.
(2) Metal hard sealed butterfly valve. The sealing pair is composed of metal hard material to metal hard material.
